On April 17, 2017, Constable Mark
Herman’s Office was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle call at 29300
Northwest Freeway. Arriving deputies,
met with the complainant, who stated that she was exiting the Outlet Mall and
observed an unknown Hispanic male sitting inside her vehicle. She confronted the male and he ran away,
dropping property stolen from inside. Constable Deputies searched the parking
lot and located the suspect, who was identified as Ricardo Perez. The suspect was detained and found to have
other stolen property in his vehicle, stolen from other
complainant’s vehicles parked in the same parking lot.
“Ricardo Perez was arrested and
booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. Bond
was set at $5000.00, out of County Criminal Court #2.” – Precinct 4 Constable, Mark Herman
