Details:
On April 17, 2017, Constable Mark Herman’s Office was dispatched to a suspicious person call in the 18500 block of Alemarble Oak Street. It was reported that there was an intoxicated male standing in the roadway covered in mud with no shoes on.  Arriving deputies met with the male suspect, who was identified as Jack Dahle.  The suspect stated that he had been fishing at Little Cypress Creek off the 16000 block of Louetta Road and had gotten his vehicle stuck in the mud. Further investigation revealed that the suspect had gotten his truck stuck illegally dumping construction materials into the creek including concrete blocks, fence boards, and pallets. 

“Jack Dahle was arrested, and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Illegal Dumping. Bond was set at $5000.00 out of County Criminal Court #1.” – Precinct 4 Constable, Mark Herman
