On September 21, 2017, deputies with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 13300 block of Cutten Road in reference to a disturbance. Upon arriving deputies observed three males identified as William Hernandez, Simon Ong, and Juan Gomez inside of an apartment and several packages of Marijuana in plain view. Further investigation led deputies to recover 11.6 pounds of Marijuana, 56 ounces of liquid Codeine, and 0.8 ounces of Tetrahydrocannabinol. Deputies also recovered $12,295.00 in currency and several firearms

“Hernandez, Ong, and Gomez were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of Marijuana. Additional criminal charges may be filed pending drug test results. All three defendants remain in jail awaiting trial.” - Constable Mark Herman
