Officer Jeremy Charvoz arrested Teresa James, 44, after he found her in possession of 43 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, prescription drugs and assorted drug paraphernalia, following a traffic stop for displaying a temp tag that did not belong to the vehicle she was driving. Upon stopping her, Charvoz noticed the smell of marijuana which led to a vehicle search and the discovery of the drugs.
