On February 16, 2018 deputies with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the1800 block of North Sam Houston Parkway in reference to a couple arguing on the side of the road. Upon arriving, Constable Deputies observed a male identified as Miguel Sanchez display a knife in a threatening manner. After a brief struggle Sanchez was disarmed and detained. During the investigation, it was discovered that Sanchez had physically assaulted the female passenger and was in possession of Ecstasy pills.

 

“Miguel Sanchez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Assault Family Violence Impeding Breath and Possession of Synthetic Narcotic. His bond and court assignment are pending at this time.” –Constable Mark Herman
