 On 04-13-2018 at 11:02 A.M. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1200 block of E Washington and as a result made contact with Rodney Allen (22 YOA male) and Savanna Roberson (32 YOA female). Allen was found to have a warrant out of Red River County for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor warrant out of Lamar County and was placed under arrest. Roberson and Allen were found to be in possession of approximately 5 ½ grams of methamphetamine and several items of drug paraphernalia. Roberson and Allen were charged with manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge.  
 
 On 04-13-2018 at 11:39 A.M. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 10 block of South Plaza and as a result made contact with Stephen Stowell (52 YOA male). Stowell was found to have an outstanding capias warrant for violate bond/protective order 2+ times within 12 months and was placed under arrest.  
 
 On 04-13-2018 at 1:17 P.M. Officers responded to the adult probation office in regards to a warrant arrest. Officers made contact with Carl Tippit (45 YOA male) who was found to have an outstanding motion to revoke probation warrant and was placed under arrest.   
 
 On 04-15-2018 at 4:25 P.M. Officers responded to the 500 block of E Austin in regards to a disturbance. Officers made contact with Chris Bolton (57 YOA male) who provided a false name to officers and then fled on foot from Officers. After a brief chase, Bolton was placed under arrest and was charged with evading arrest/detention with prior conviction and two misdemeanor charges.
 
 On 04-13-2018 at 12:39 P.M. Officers responded to the police department lobby in regards to a forgery complaint which was said to have occurred elsewhere. It was reported that a known suspect had forged the complainant’s signature in order to obtain a financial loan. The investigation is ongoing.    
 
 Paris Police responded to 252 calls for service and arrested 21 persons over the three day weekend ending at 6:00 A.M. on April 16, 2018.
