Fort Bend County Constable Wayne Thompson called out a Texas driver
online after he shared an image of a car with a cardboard license plate
taped to the front of its bumper.
"Well, I gave them an 'A' for effort, but an 'F' on
legal. Did you know that TEXAS law requires a front and rear license
plate? Real ones," Thompson wrote in his Facebook post on Saturday.
