On September 3, 2018 deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 9800 block of Will Park Lane in reference to a theft. Upon deputies arriving, the victims’ advised they met with an unknown male in the business parking lot under the agreement that he would purchase an Iphone.

During the meeting, the suspect fled the location with the cellphone without making any form of payment. Constable Deputies searched the area and quickly located the suspect vehicle. The male was detained and identified as Brendell Jacobs.

“Brendell Jacobs was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft. His bond was set at $1,000.00 out of County Court 16.” –Constable Mark Herman
