Details:
On March 12, 2017, a Deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 16100 block of Stuebner Airline for a traffic violation.   

The defendant stopped his vehicle as required by law initially. The Deputy proceeded to make contact with the driver and as he approached, the driver of the vehicle drove away and began evading. Upon reaching the intersection of Louetta Road and TC Jester, the fleeing suspect’s vehicle struck a patrol vehicle, disabling the patrol unit. The suspect continued to evade other units until reaching the 5000 block of Louetta Road where the driver, identified as Mo’Tasem Hasan Alsobeh, was taken into custody after stopping his vehicle.  

“Mo’Tasem Hasan Alsobeh was arrested, charged with Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle and booked into the Harris County Jail. Alsobeh’s bond was set at $5,000.00 out of the 230th District Court.” – Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman
