Dallas Methamphetamine Trafficker Sentenced to 210 Months in
DALLAS, Texas — On Friday,
March 3, 2017, U.S. District Judge Sidney A. Fitzwater sentenced Pablo Erick
Quincosa-Cabrera, 42, of Dallas, Texas, to 210 months in federal prison, following
his guilty plea in November 2016, to one count of conspiracy to possess with
intent to distribute a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount
of methamphetamine, announced U.S. Attorney John Parker of the Northern
District of Texas.
According to documents filed in the case, on five separate occasions between
April 2016, and September 2016, Quincosa-Cabrera possessed with the intent to
distribute or distributed half-kilogram to kilogram quantities of
The Drug Enforcement Administration, the
Allen Police Department, the Garland Police Department, and Rockwall Police
Department investigated the case.
