On 08-02-2017 at 9:30 P.M. Officers made contact with Jesus Herrera (21 YOA male) in the 2600 block of Lamar Ave in regards to a possible narcotics violation. Herrerra was found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana and was placed under arrest for manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge.


 

On 08-02-2017 at 7:27 A.M. Officers responded to the 1100 block SE 22nd in regards to a burglary of a building. Officers were told that an unknown suspect had entered the complainant’s storage building and took numerous items including lawn equipment and fishing equipment. Officers were also told that the suspect had entered a vehicle at that location and took tools from the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.


 

Paris Police responded to 99 calls for service and arrested 4 person over the past 24 hours ending at 6:00 A.M. on August 3, 2017.
