On November 7, 2017, a deputy with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 23700 block of Stargazer Point in reference to a fight disturbance. As deputies were investigating the fight, a male identified as Julius Willis walked on to the scene and began to actively interfere with the investigation. As deputies attempted to detain Willis he began to physically resist by kicking deputies and the interior of the patrol car. Willis refused to provide his name and personal information but was successfully identified by his fingerprints, due to previous criminal activity.

 

“Julius Willis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Interfering with the Duties of a Public Servant and Resisting Arrest.  His total bond amount is set at $1,000.00 out of County Court 010.” – Constable Mark Herman
