Images of Sexual Assault Suspect

Shortly after 11:00 a.m., on March 6th 2017, a male suspect entered into a massage business located in the 9600 block of La Porte’s Spencer Hwy, and quickly forced a female employee into a massage room.

During an attempt to sexually assault the female employee, a customer entered the business, interrupting the crime.  Because of the disruption, the suspect ran eastbound from the business, toward Underwood Road.

The suspect was described to investigators as a Hispanic male with black hair, muscular build, and wearing gray or faded black jeans, along with a dark t-shirt.  The suspect also has a tattoo on his upper left arm (no description).  If anyone recognizes the suspect, or has any information on the crime, please contact the La Porte Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division at 281-842-3173.

Comments:
Thank you LPPD the unknown good Sumerians and Eric Anthony for providing information leading to the arrest of the serial rapist. Good job guys and girls and the LPPD for the fast capture of the viscous predidor. My girlfriend and can get much needed rest and go back to work after 6 weeks of fear and torments. This can happen to anyone. This rapist was picking a weak target that has a heart of gold. She was afraid to report it to the police. I had to stand my ground and do the right thing and force her to get a rape kit preformed, make a police statement and made her turn in her torn rape clothing. It was not easy but it needed to be done for the police to get enough evidence to put this guy away so he does not rape our children girlfriends wives and mother for years to come. Thanks again everyone who helped. God Bless Y'all. Captain Eric Anthony.
