 BUSTED & CUFFED

On the Galveston County arrest sheets Tuesday we find this pair.  One who has been convicted as a sex offender and has failed to comply with the terms of his probation, and another who has been arrested for a sex crime some consider worse than murder.

First meet IIan Ortiz, 25, who was ordered by the court to register with police in the city or county in which he resides for 10 years.  He failed to do so and police in Dickinson, Texas snatched him up and redeposited him back into the slammer.  We will see what the judge has to say now.

Here is a 46-year old man (can't tell by the picture) who was also snatched up and slammerized by Dickinson Police and charged with the Forcible Rape of a Child.  The age of the child was not available. Frederick Eugene Jones now resides in the Galveston County Jail, probably in a secure cell away from other inmates who are very unsociable to child sex predators.

Comments:
Are those Mickey Mouse ears on Frederick?

Come on FE Jones! That look you sport is about as ridiculous as any 46 year old man could possibly want to go out into public and think it looks good, or cool, or gangsta, or hip hop, or what ever you think it is
