The Committee on National Statistics (CNSTAT) seeks nominations for members of a planning committee to organize and execute a public workshop, sponsored by the Bureau of Justice Statistics, to discuss strategies to measure death by suicide of law enforcement and correctional officers in the United States. The planning committee will define the specific topics to be addressed, develop the agenda, and select and invite speakers and other participants. 

CNSTAT is seeking experts in the fields of:
       1. criminal justice research and statistics
       2. law enforcement officers
       3. correctional officers
       4. mental health and occupational health
       5. administrative data to include records management,
           reporting, and vital statistics (death records)
       6. integrating federal, state, tribal, and local government             
           administrative data systems.

To receive full consideration, please submit nominations by November 10, 2022.
