Suspects may be linked to otherregional crimes On Wednesday, December28, 2022 around 10:30a.m.,Cedar Park Police Departmentreceiveda call of a robbery thatjust occurred, atTexaco (1050 CluckCreek Trail). Initialreports stated the victimhad just come from the bank,whensomeoneattacked him, took the money and drove away. Based on information gathered at the sceneby Officers and Detectives, it appeared two vehicles andmultiple suspects were involved in the incident. Wequicklyadvised surrounding agencies of the vehicledescriptionsand license plate numbers. A short while later, Fayette CountySheriff’sOfficenotified us theyhadlocated both suspect vehiclestravelingon Highway 71 near La Grange.Fayette CountyDeputiesand La Grange PoliceOfficersconducted felony traffic stopson both vehicles and the suspects were detained. A large amount of cashwas found inside the vehicles along withequipment used for surveillance. The suspects are: John Carter Roderick Glenn Shawn Johnson Rodney Wilson All four arefrom the Houston area and arecharged withEngaging in Organized Crime with Robbery, afirst- degreefelony.In working withsurrounding agencies, it appears thesesuspectsmayalsobe responsible for several juggings/robberies in the Austin area as well.
