Ruth A. Marshall passed away on
Saturday,
January 7, 2023, at the age of
59. Ms. Marshall joined the Houston Police Department on
November 15, 1995. During her tenure with the department, she was
assigned to the Northwest, Jail, and North Divisions until her
retirement on July 31, 2021.
