The vehicle was occupied by two males and a female. The occupants of the stolen vehicle claimed they borrowed the vehicle from their roommate.  When the registered owner of the vehicle was contacted, he confirmed that his son stole the vehicle and that the current occupants probably had no idea the vehicle was reported stolen.  The two males were released without charges; however, the female passenger, Amanda Arellano Garcia, 33, of Needville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
