Retired Police Officer Terrell G. Burttschell passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at the age of 81. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Joanne Burttschell. Officer Burttschell joined the Houston Police Department on May 20, 1963, Academy Class #28. During his career with the department, he was assigned to the Central Division and the Jail Division until his retirement on December 14, 1989.

 

The body is entrusted with Knesek Family Funeral Chapels, 768 4th Street, Sealy, Texas 77474 (979) 885-3535.

 

A visitation will be held before the funeral service at St Mary’s Catholic Church, 10471 Grotto Road, Sealy, Texas 77474 (979) 885-3131 on Monday, March 27, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Services will begin at 12:00 p.m.
