Richard S. Fischer passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at the age of 74. Officer Fischer joined the Houston Police Department on August 26, 1968, Academy Class #39. During his entire tenure with the department, he was assigned to the Traffic & Accident Division until his retirement on January 25, 1991.

F. Terry Boulevard, Rosenberg, Texas 77471 (281) 341-8800, commencing at 2:00 p.m.
