TCSO Seeks Help Identifying Suspect Who Shot a Young Child in a Road Rage Incident

Case: 23- 2400723 Date: August 28, 2023
Location: Elroy Road & Fagerquist Road Time: 7:30 pm (approx.) Del Valle, TX

On August 28, 2023, a family was involved in an apparent road rage incident in which the driver
of a black Chevrolet Tahoe opened fire on their passenger vehicle. A young child who was a
passenger in the family vehicle was struck by a bullet and severely injured. The child survived
and is in stable condition. TCSO’s investigation is open and active. The public’s assistance is
requested to locate/identify the suspect vehicle and its driver.
Suspect Description:

• White or Hispanic male, approximately 17-20 years of age

Suspect Vehicle Description:
• 2008 - 2020 Black Chevrolet Tahoe
