On March 19, 2018 deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Parkside Place Apartments located in the block of 6220 FM 2920 in reference to a male stuck by a vehicle. Upon deputies arriving they learned that the victim and a female, identified as Holly Kapchinski were involved in a verbal altercation by the apartment pool. During the argument, Kapchinski, who was highly intoxicated, got into her vehicle and ran over the male, injuring him. After striking the male, she then crashed into an iron fence on the apartment grounds. Constable Deputies found that Kapchinski’s 8 year old daughter was in the vehicle during the incident and hit her head on the windshield. Both the child and male will make full recoveries from their injuries.
