On January 11, 2019 at 10:24 PM Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call for a shooting in the 16500 block of Leafy Meadow Lane Conroe Texas 77302, from a residence in the Lone Star Ranch Subdivision.  The caller advised two black males entered the residence and attempted to rob him and his roommate at gun point.  Gun fire was exchanged between the victim and suspects.

MCTXSheriff Patrol Deputies arrived at 10:34 PM, the two black males had already fled the scene and one of them was later encountered in the same neighborhood suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.  Both the homeowner and one suspect was transported to local hospitals for treatment for gunshot wounds and at this time, both males are reported to be in stable condition.  The second male who fled from the scene prior to Deputies arrival has not yet been located.

The unidentified black male was described as tall and thin and was last seen wearing all black clothing.  It is believed the male traveled north from the offense location and it is unknown if he suffered any injuries.
MCTXSheriff Patrol Deputies, Detectives in the Homicide and Violent Crimes Unit along with Crime Scene Investigators are still investigating the incident, and no further details are available at this time.  At this point during the investigation, it has been determined that the offense was for an Aggravated Robbery.
