February 11, 2019, inmate STEVE ESTEVAN GUAJARDO, 40, of Austin, became
unresponsive while receiving treatment from TCSO medical staff at the TCCC
clinic. Staff initiated CPR immediately and called EMS, who responded and
continued the efforts, which were ultimately unsuccessful. Guajardo was
pronounced deceased at 4:42 p.m.
