On March 03, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 6500 block of Early Winter Drive in reference to five suspects who were breaking into a residence.  

Upon deputies arriving, they observed forced entry to the back door. Constable Deputies and a canine immediately set up a perimeter and while clearing the inside of the residence, a male suspect ran out of the front door. After a brief foot chase, the suspect was apprehended and identified as Christian Chavez.   

Inside of the residence deputies located and detained the additional four suspects. Two suspects were identified as juveniles and the remaining two as Sara Ramirez and Isaiah Ponce-Saacedra.   
Further Investigation revealed that the suspects caused $5,500.00 worth of damages to the inside of the residence.   "Christian Chavez, Sara Ramirez, and Isaiah Ponce-Saavedra were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Habitation.

They each received a bond of $2,500.00 out of the 232nd District Court. Christian Chavez was also charged with Evading and received an additional $100.00 bond out of County Court 6. 

The juveniles were arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center, charged with Burglary of a Habitation."               - Constable Mark Herman
