On March 7, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 8200 block of Queenston Boulevard. 

The driver was identified as Richard Moreno.   During the course of the traffic stop, Richard Moreno displayed several signs of intoxication. 

Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was discovered that Richard Moreno was driving while intoxicated. 

"Richard Moreno was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. 

His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 3." -Constable Mark Herman
