On March 07, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1800 block of the North Sam Houston Tollway West. Upon making contact with the driver, she was evasive to the deputy's questions and stated that she did not a picture identification or drivers license in her possession.  
The driver provided the deputy with a false name and date of birth which did not return to a identification card or a drivers license. The Constable Deputy then utilized a mobile Automotive Fingerprinting Identification System and identified her as Tiffany Easley.  
Tiffany Easley showed to have two open felony warrants from Liberty County. She was detained and deputies located .2 grams of Xanax, 3.4 grams of Soma, and .2 grams of Hydrocodone in her possession.  
"Tiffany Easley was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Fail to Identify-Fugitive and her two felony warrants. Her bond and court information have not been set at this time. All contraband was recovered and tagged into evidence for trial." -Constable Mark Herman
