On 04/01/2019 at approximately 8:18 AM Santa Fe Units were dispatched to a road rage incident at 1764 and Highway 6.

The vehicles involved turned on to FM 1764 and continued toward the East city limits. Units quickly responded and located the suspect vehicle, described as a small red passenger car, in the 3900 block of Ave J.

The suspect vehicle was driven by an eighteen-year-old female identified as Hollyann Woods, and 19-year-old Hunter Cruz was identified as the passenger.

The two were detained and upon further investigation officers located a weapon, which was alleged to have been discharged during the incident, large amount of narcotics, and several cell phones.

The pair were charged with Manufacture Delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 which is a 1st degree felony with suggested bond of $60,000.00 and Possession of marijuana >4oz<=5lbs which is a state jail felony with a suggested bond of $2,000.00.

Thank you, Santa Fe P.D. These too are 'bad news', I see. Young enough to be foolish, and old enough to know better.

Thank you for catching these two!!!! (Not long out of H.S. - if they went - thinking they could make a quick "buck"). Glad they were caught --- hopefully, this will scare them enough to make them realize this isn't the way to "earn" money.
