On April 3, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 2200 block of Wittershaw Drive in reference to a suspicious vehicle call.

Upon deputies arriving, they located the vehicle and observed the driver throw several items out of the window.

The deputy approached the vehicle and observed several medication bottles and a screw driver on the roadway.

The driver observed the deputy and quickly exited the vehicle and fled on foot. After a brief chase, he was apprehended and identified as Bronedrick Howard and found to have several open warrants for his arrest, including Felony Theft.

"Bronedrick Howard was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest and Possession of a Dangerous Drug. His bond and court information have not been set at the time of this release." - Constable Mark Herman
