On April 6, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 13800 block of East Cypress Forest Drive. The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit.  

The driver crashed and disabled the vehicle in the 13200 block of Jones Road. The driver then exited the vehicle and fled on foot.

The female passenger was detained and identified as Samantha Siemens.   Constable Deputies set a perimeter but were unable to locate the male suspect.  

Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was stolen.

During a search of the vehicle, deputies located Samantha Siemens' purse which contained a handgun, her identification and the male suspects identification. The male suspect was identified as Krystopher Ruesch.   

"Krystopher Ruesch is currently wanted by law enforcement for Evading Arrest and Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle. He received No Bond out of the 176th District Court. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement. Samantha Siemans was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon. Her bond was set at$100.00 out of County Court 12." - Constable Mark Herman

Here is some fatherly advice to all you young impressionable ladies out there looking for a man. Look at Krystopher's picture real good. If you ever meet any guy that has ANY amount of tattoo's on the face, he's probably going to have you in trouble with the law or either convicted and locked up in prison for breaking laws before you can say "But he was soooo sweet at first".
