Cedar Park Police Investigating Fatal Auto-Pedestrian Crash

The Cedar Park Police Department is investigating a fatal auto-pedestrian accident.  

On Monday, November 4th at approximately 1:48 pm, officers responded to a call of a vehicle versus pedestrian accident in the parking lot of 201 Walton Way.
 
Upon arrival, the pedestrian was awake but unresponsive and transported to a nearby hospital.
On the morning of Tuesday, November 5th, we were informed the pedestrian, Juanita Lopez (DOB: 3/25/1946) passed away at the hospital.

Based on our initial investigation, we believe this was a slow speed accident. However, the incident remains under investigation at this time.
