Retired Police Officer Linda F. Hibbard passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at the age of 80. Officer Hibbard began her law enforcement career on July 15, 1984 with the City of Houston Airport Police Department. On November 21, 1992, the Airport Police Department merged with the Houston Police Department where Officer Hibbard was assigned to the Airport Division – Hobby and the Clear Lake Division until her retirement on December 11, 2004.

A memorial service will be held at Peevey Funeral & Cremation on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 beginning at 3:00 p.m.
