Retired Senior Police Officer Samuel A. Baker passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2019, at the age of 69. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Susan R. Baker. Senior Police Officer Samuel A. Baker joined the Houston Police Department on January 19, 1976, Academy Class #73. During his whole career with the department, he was assigned to the Northeast Division until his retirement on July 2, 2004.
