Retired Senior Police Officer Fred R. Mullins passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023, at the age of 75. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucena Mullins. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He joined the Houston Police Department on June 15, 1981, Academy Class #98. During his tenure with the department, he was assigned to the Northeast and Training Divisions. Senior Police Officer Mullins retired on December 2, 2006

The body is entrusted with Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, Texas 77303 (936) 756-2126.

Funeral arrangements are pending.
