Floyd L. Nettles passed away on
Saturday,
October 22, 2022, at the age of
87. Officer Nettles joined the Houston Police Department on
April 28, 1958, Academy Class #18. During his tenure with the
department, he was assigned to the Identification, Office of Technology
Services, and Special Operations Divisions until his retirement
on January 1, 1991.
