 On Thursday, April 12th, 2018, at about 6:00 PM, Conroe Police Officers were dispatched to the Arella Forest at Woodland apartment complex located at 545 FM 1488.  This apartment community is for seniors over the age of 55. 

A 71 year old female reported that she was working in her garage when she was approached by a black male.  The victim did not know the male, who was only described as a tall, skinny black male with a goatee. 

The suspect was possibly wearing a dark blue shirt and dark pants.  The male forced himself on the female and a sexual assault occurred.  The male fled the area and the victim contacted Police. 

The case is currently under investigation by the Conroe Police Department.
