(San Antonio, TX)  --  San Antonio police investigators say a missing eight-month-old baby may be dead.  King Jay Davila was reported kidnapped on Friday night.  But police say the baby's father, 34-year-old Christopher Davila, staged the abduction.

The baby's father and paternal grandmother are in custody, along with the father's cousin, Angie Torres, who was arrested Monday for an unrelated aggravated robbery.  All three relatives are charged with tampering with evidence in the case of the missing baby.
