A San Antonio man charged with producing child pornography for
allegedly tricking a young girl to send him nude selfies is scheduled
for a bail hearing on Thursday.
Enrique Roman Martinez Jr., 31, was arrested
by the FBI and local police here on Friday after an investigation that
began in Cape Coral, Florida, in September 2017. The parents of a
10-year-old girl there reported that the child was enticed or forced to
send nude images of herself to someone on Snapchat, according to a
criminal complaint affidavit filed against Martinez.
The girl told investigators that someone
using the name “2muchforya” on YouTube posted a comment on the girl’s
YouTube page, asking if the girl wanted to chat on Snapchat.
On Snapchat, someone, presumably female, with
the username “k1500ses” and the vanity name “Savannah” told the
10-year-old girl that she was into modeling and to look at a picture of
“Savannah.”
