POLICE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION

TIME:                            6:00 p.m. (Doors open at 5:30 p.m.)

                                    Doors close at 6:00 p.m.

PLACE:                         City Council Chamber

                                    1109-B Bayou Road, La Marque, Texas 77568

                                    Face covering must be worn.

To be eligible to take the examination you must perform the following: 

1.  Pick up a City of La Marque Employment Application/packet from City Hall available Monday – Thursday between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., or download the Police Department Application and the City of La Marque Employment Application from the City’s website at policejobs.cityoflamarque.org.

2.  Complete the applications and return them no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2021, to the Civil Service Director at City Hall anytime between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., Monday – Thursday. 

The Police Department application contains all instructions necessary regarding supporting documents required.  A study guide will be given to each applicant when returning their packet to the Civil Service Director. It is strongly recommended that each applicant review the study guide before taking the entrance examination.
