Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims
Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Richard Ayala,
who is wanted for two counts of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.
Between August of 2011 and November of 2018, the fugitive sexually abused
two child victims in the 9600 block of Beverly Hill Street in Houston,
Texas. During the investigation, the child victims made an outcry of
sexual abuse. Detectives learned that the fugitive, Richard Ayala,
continuously sexually abused both victims.
Fugitive Richard Ayala is a Hispanic male, 56 years old, approximately
5’08”, 196 lbs., with salt & pepper hair and brown eyes. The fugitive
has also been charged with Indecency with a Child under Harris County
warrant #1630993.
Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the
identification, charging and/or arrest of the suspects in this case.
