On March 10, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 9200 block of Plum Ridge Drive. The driver was identified as Cesar Ayala.  During the course of the traffic stop, Constable Deputies located 4.6 grams of Xanax and a handgun inside the vehicle.  "Cesar Ayala was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unlawful Carrying  of a Weapon and Possession of a Controlled Substance. His total bond was set at $200.00 out of County Court 05. All evidence and illegal contraband was seized and to be used at his trial." - Constable Mark Herman

Comments:
A bond of $200.00 for unlawful carry and controlled substance? Does one really think this pocket change will deter a reoccurrence by this or any person?

He probably is out there laughing it off with his buddies!

COME ON NOW!
