On September 24, 2022, at approximately 11:13 pm, Officer Brice Lamach and Officer Travis Trochesset responded to a person in distress and not breathing. The officers immediately took action and began life-saving measures until League City EMS arrived on the scene. According to League City EMS Paramedic Robert Bruce, the quick actions of Officer Trochesset and Officer Lamach impacted their ability to regain a pulse.
Officer Lamach and Officer Trochesset’s actions on the scene sustained this individual’s life until he could be transported to the hospital. They performed admirably, and their actions reflect great credit upon themselves and the League City Police Department.
