Staci Lynn Brochaille, 38, of Paris, was arrested at her residenceat 10:35 A.M.on August 13, 2022 on a LamarCounty Felonymotion to revoke probation warrant. Brochaille is currently on probation for a possession of a controlled substance conviction. Brochaille was booked and later transferred to theLamar County Jail.
At 5:57 P.M. on August 13, 2022, Paris Policeresponded to a burglary of a residence in the 400 block of E PriceSt. The victim reported that theyreturned to theresidenceon this dateand found thatsomeone had broken a window to gain access to the residence. Once inside, the suspect(s) had rummaged through drawers and closets and stolea gaming console. The incident is under investigation.
Paris Police responded to a burglary of a vehicle in the 2100 block of Graham St at 6:01 P.M. on August 13, 2022.Thevictim reported thatsomeonehadstolen their wallet from their vehicle sometime during the night. Since that theft, the suspect(s) had attempted to use thevictim’sdebit card to extract money from the victim’s account. The incidents are under investigation.
Paris Police responded to a disturbanceinvolving a firearm at 1:24 A.M. on August 14, 2022 inthe500 block of NE 10thSt. When officers arrived, they located a41 year old malevictim of an assault.Thevictim reportedthatwhen he arrived at the residence,his twoadultsons had been at the residencearguing and onehad shot at the other.The two then turned the argument onto the victim and one of the son’sstruck the victimin his head with a pistol.The victim did not seek medical treatment.Thetwo suspects left thescene before officers arrived. The investigation continues.
