HOUSTON – Congressman Kevin Brady announced that he has tested positive for the coronavirus nearly two weeks after receiving his first dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

Brandy, a Republican, said he is in quarantine after the Office of Physician informed him about his results. He said he received the recommended first dose of the vaccine on Dec. 18 and also tested negative for COVID-19 on New Year’s Day.
