Division needs the public's assistance locating fugitive Jose Pablo
Urbina, who is responsible for Capital Murder.
On Wednesday, July 17, 2019, Jose Pablo Urbina, in the commission of an
armed robbery in the 16300 block of Pecan St. in Channelview, Texas, shot
and killed the victim. Jose Pablo Urbina is a fugitive from justice whose
current whereabouts are unknown. Jose Pablo Urbina is a Hispanic male, 20
years old, approximately 5’10”, 160 to 170 lbs., with brown eyes, and
short brown hair.
Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the
identification, charging and/or arrest of the suspects in this case.
