Crime Stoppers and the Memorial Villages Police Department’s Criminal
Investigation Division need the public's assistance identifying the
suspect responsible for a Forgery.
On Monday, December 28, 2020, at approximately 7:35 p.m., an unknown
suspect fraudulently used a forged check in the 23900 block of Westheimer
Parkway in Katy, Texas. During this incident, the suspect was captured on
video surveillance using the victim’s stolen checking account information
to deposit a forged check. The suspect fled the scene in a black Toyota
Corolla in an unknown direction of travel.
Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the
charging and/or arrest of the suspect in this case. Information may be
