No I do not believe they should be expunged. If they were carrying a weapon before the new law and was arrested for same, what was the purpose of carrying the weapon knowing it was against the law and for what purpose were they carrying the weapon knowing it was against the law? The law that makes it legal for any and everyone to carry a weapon without and training or learning how to properly use the weapon was a stupid again STUPID law to put into effect.
