Retired Senior Police Officer Thomas J. Chapman passed away
on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at the age of 61. Officer Chapman joined the
Houston Police Department on September 21, 1981, Academy Class #100. During his
tenure with the department, he was assigned to the Southwest, Westside,
Organizational Development Command, and Narcotics Divisions until his
retirement on March 25, 2017.

September 8, 2022, commencing at 10:30 a.m.
