On May 25, 2018, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a residential burglar alarm in the 13000 block of Point Village Lane.  Upon arriving, deputies observed a suspicious male carrying a duffle bag flee from the residence in a vehicle.

Constable Deputies pursued the vehicle and observed two suspects exit the vehicle and flee on foot. Deputies set a perimeter and with the assistance of the Department of Public Safety helicopter a Constable Canine was able to locate one of the suspects.

The suspect was detained and identified as Orlando Angulo. During an inventory of the vehicle, deputies recovered over $6,600.00 worth of stolen property which was returned to the owner. The investigation continues to identify the second suspect.

“Orlando Angulo was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary to a Habitation and Evading in a Motor Vehicle. His bond is set at $33,000.00 out of the 262nd District Court.” – Constable Mark Herman
