 On 06-20-2018 at 8:55 A. M. Officers made contact with Shane Crites (39 YOA male) in the 1900 block of Fitzhugh in regards to a warrant arrest. Crites was known to have an outstanding felony warrant for criminal mischief imp/int public service. The warrant stemmed from an incident that was reported on 06-13-2018 where it was alleged that Crites had diverted electricity from a private business to a residence without the consent of the business owner. 

 
 On 06-20-2018 at 3:59 P.M. Officers responded to the 500 block of Grand Ave in regards to a warrant arrest. Officers made contact with Don Erwin (29 YOA male) who was found to have an outstanding parole violation warrant. Erwin was placed under arrest for the warrant. 

 
 On 06-20-2018 at 9:59 P.M. The Paris Police Department received a report in which an allegation was made that a child under the age of 17 had been sexually assaulted by a known person. The investigation is ongoing. 

 
 Paris Police responded to 79 calls for service and arrested 4 persons over the past 24 hours ending at 6:00 A.M. on June 21, 2018.
